Daniel Laurent Domes began his career in property development in 2011. He holds the German vocational qualification Immobilienkaufmann (IHK). His subsequent work included transactions and the commercial and technical management of residential and commercial properties.
His experience includes managing refurbishments, coordinating architects and contractors, and handling leasing and transaction processes. He has also held team management responsibilities.
He later expanded into energy and data-center projects. At DMS Development, his focus is on site and land-use concepts, financial analysis and preparing projects for investor review. This work also draws on earlier project work and collaborations with BSCA and the Real Estate Investment Group (REIG).
